Deep water soloing is tide dependent. Some walls have shallow reef at low tide, so the guide chooses safe walls with deep water below.
Being comfortable in the water is recommended, since every route ends with a jump or a fall into the sea.
Warm-water months are best. Weather calls belong to the captain.
